New 118-inch LG MAGNIT
Now the manufacturer has just announced the arrival of its new generation of screens LG MAGNIT, with microLED technology and under the model number LSAL006large-format televisions that promise to bring the future in high-resolution screens to those who can afford them and have enough space in their home.
And the new model will offer impressive 118 inches with resolution 4K and 120Hz of refreshment as well as an integrated 4.2-channel, 50-watt sound system compatible with the eARC connector to link with an external AV receiver or bar. Its brightness level reaches 2000 nits and is compatible with HDR10 and HDR10 Pro offering a contrast of 150,000:1.
This season the screen will be governed by the webOS operating system from LG, so it is expected that we will have access to the same applications and functions as on their traditional televisions.
Equipped with the LG Alpha 9 processor, the model offers image optimization using AI algorithms with specific image modes for different types of content similar to those we have on classic TVs. It has AI automatic brightness control and enhancement of facial details in images to improve users’ immersion in the scene.
There is direct access to streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and YouTube, WiFi wireless connectivity compatible with AirPlay 2, support for Miracast to be able to send the mobile screen to the TV, it will have 4 HDMI 2.1 ports, Bluetooth and WiSA Ready for Connect speakers without cables easily.
Price and availability
The new screens LG MAGNIT They are already on sale in the United States and will reach the rest of the markets throughout this month for stratospheric prices, since they will cost around $237,000.
