Postbank customers will get a new payment method later this year

But there is good news for Postbank customers: Apple Pay will be introduced in 2023.

Macwelt reports that they are targeting the second half of the year for the launch. The group does not want to give any further details, only at a later date.

Postbank already created the IT requirements for connecting Apple Pay at the beginning of 2023. IT has moved to the platform of Deutsche Bank, which is a shareholder of Postbank. Deutsche Bank has been offering Apple Pay for a long time.
