Garmin has announced his new model of tactix 7 AMOLED Edition smart watchwhich has a adaptive AMOLED touch screen easy to read, flashlight compatible with night vision and an autonomy of up to 31 daysin addition to specific tactics, training and navigation functions from the wrist.
The company continues to expand its range of tactix 7 smartwatches, designed for “any environment or mission” and for “adventurers, athletes and outdoor enthusiasts around the world.
In this sense, Garmin has presented the ‘smartwatch’ tactix 7 AMOLED Edition, which stands out for its 1.4-inch adaptive AMOLED display. This touch screen offers the Brightness necessary to be readable even in bright environments solar, maintaining a high level of detail.
Another novelty of this model is that it also incorporates an improved flashlight compatible with night vision. Specifically, this flashlight emits adjustable green light that is compatible with night vision mode.

Following this line, this ‘smartwatch’ incorporates the night mode, that offers a specific screen interface that helps preserve night vision. Thus, night mode uses black and red colors on the watch face, keeping the information visible but without emitting light colors that cause the pupils to contract. This mode is also useful when it comes to reducing sleep cycle disturbances, as Garmin has recalled.
With all this, the tactix 7 AMOLED Edition is manufactured with shock resistant materials, extreme thermal and water situations, in accordance with military standards (MIL-STD-218).
Likewise, it has released in black with an aesthetic faithful to the tactix 7 line including, in addition to the screen, traditional button controls on the sides. These buttons reinforced with metal material are combined with a Gray titanium DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) bezelas well as a sapphire crystal scratch resistant, reinforced polymer casing with fiber and a titanium back cover. Continuing with the features for aviators, users can access aeronautical meteorological information also from the clock. This is because they can have information about the NEXRAD radar, METARs and TAFs. With all this, you will obtain information about wind, visibility and barometric pressure.
