Bosswerk supplies retrofit kits for inverters

He now delivers[–>kostenlose Nachrüst-Sets to its customers to fix the problem that is causing it recently[–>Berichten according to further problems. Now the Bosswerk company is also following suit. It sells almost identical inverters from Deye under its own name and also has two devices in its range, the models BW-MI300 and BW-MI600, which are missing the relay in question.

Wie das deutsche Untenehemen unlängst per offizieller Pressemeldung announced, Bosswerk customers can now also request a free retrofit kit for their inverters. Unsurprisingly, the component is not ordered through Bosswerk itself, but directly through the actual manufacturer Deye. The component is probably exactly the same device that Deye is currently distributing for its faulty inverters and that has been certified by TÜV-Rheinland as a permissible solution to the existing problem.

Der Hersteller hat bereits ein Software-Update veröffentlicht, das in vielen Fällen Abhilfe schaffen konnte. Gut zu wissen: Mit der Aufgabe der Bestellung des Nachrüst-Kits bei Deye verlängert sich die Garantie für Ihren Bosswerk-Wechselrichter automatisch von zehn auf 15 Jahre. Der Versand des externen Relais erfolgt wohl zeitnah, laut Pressemeldung sollen erste Kundinnen und Kunden ihr Exemplar bereits erhalten haben.
